Do food ingredients come with the box?

Ingredients do not come in our kits. We believe food shopping, in person or online, and selecting high quality, fresh ingredients is an important life skill. Our recipes commonly use pantry staples, and we make sure to send a digital shopping list in advance, as well as a printed grocery list in each box.
