How do I cancel my membership?

Memberships can be canceled from your account or emailing us at [e-mail]. Cancellations must be completed before the 15th of the final month of your term to avoid auto-renewal. Log into your account and select the membership you'd like to cancel. At the bottom of the page, click "Cancel Auto-Renew." You can choose to reactivate at any time.

Please note: Canceling mid-term will stop future renewal payments but will not result in a partial refund or stop shipment on any prepaid boxes.
